Terms of Service

1. Subscription Tiers

ReLURN offers "Subject Passes" for Primary and Secondary levels. Each pass grants access to one specific grade and subject (e.g., Sec 2 E-Math).

• Annual Pass: Billed upfront for 12 months, includes 2 bonus months (14 months total).
• Monthly Pass: Billed every 30 days. No long-term commitment.

2. AI Tutor Usage

Our AI Tutor is designed for academic guidance and gap closure. While our models are among the most accurate in the industry, students are encouraged to cross-reference solutions with their school textbooks. ReLURN is a supplement to—not a replacement for—prescribed MOE curriculum schoolwork.

3. User Conduct

Academic integrity is core to ReLURN. Users must not use the platform to generate solutions for graded school assignments or exams. Attempting to bypass the "Mastery Check" safeguards will result in account suspension.

4. Billing & Fees

All prices are in SGD. Singapore residents may be subject to prevailing GST rates. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Parent Dashboard.
